Title: IT Project Manager Senior
Duration: 3 months with possible extension
Location: Remote
Experience in:
1. Project Planning and Initiation:
- Define Project Scope: Clearly outline the objectives, deliverables, and boundaries of the project.
- Develop Project Plans: Create comprehensive project plans that include timelines, milestones, tasks, and dependencies.
- Resource Allocation: Identify and allocate resources (human, financial, material) required for the project.
- Stakeholder Identification: Identify all stakeholders and define their roles and expectations.
2. Team Leadership and Management:
- Team Formation: Assemble a project team with the necessary skills and expertise.
- Role Assignment: Assign roles and responsibilities to team members.
- Motivation and Support: Foster a positive and productive team environment, providing motivation and support as needed.
- Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve conflicts within the team promptly.
3. Communication and Reporting:
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with all stakeholders.
- Status Updates: Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and issues through status reports and meetings.
- Documentation: Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
4. Risk and Issue Management:
- Risk Identification: Identify potential risks that could impact the project.
- Risk Mitigation: Develop and implement strategies to mitigate identified risks.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
5. Budget and Cost Management:
- Budget Planning: Develop a detailed project budget, considering all potential costs.
- Cost Control: Monitor and control project expenditures to ensure they remain within the approved budget.
- Financial Reporting: Provide accurate financial reports and updates to stakeholders.
6. Schedule and Time Management:
- Timeline Creation: Develop a realistic project timeline with clear milestones and deadlines.
- Task Prioritization: Prioritize tasks to ensure critical activities are completed on time.
- Progress Tracking: Monitor progress against the project schedule and adjust as needed.
