Job Title: ServiceNow Automated Test Framework Consultant - ATF
Location: Tampa, FL (Remote)
Duration: Full Time
Direct Client Need
Position Overview:
ServiceNow Automated Test Framework lead who will be leading a team of 2.
The resource needs to work closely with client and help them set up ATF.
This job will involve training the client's resource with ATF.
Key Responsibilities:
Implementation of Automated Test Framework (ATF): Develop, configure, and maintain automated test scripts using ServiceNow ATF to ensure the quality and reliability of ServiceNow applications and modules.
Test Planning and Execution: Collaborate with project teams to understand requirements and develop comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Execute test cases and document results thoroughly.
Proficient in testing various ITSM Modules (Incident, Change, Problem, CMDB)
End-to-end testing in accordance with an established software testing life cycle and software testing methodology.
Testing through ServiceNow upgrades.
Qualifications / Skills
Minimum of 6 to 7 years of experience in ServiceNow.
Minimum 4 years of experience in ServiceNow testing and Automation (particularly ATF)
Should have experience in testing through ServiceNow upgrades
Demonstrate experience in performing end-to-end testing in accordance with an established software testing life cycle and software testing methodology.
Proficient in Test & Defect Management
Good Understanding of REST / SOAP API's and API automation
Preferred candidates with Experience working in an Agile environment
Good to have knowledge on one or more automation tools like UFT, Selenium, TOSCA and Cypress Scripting Languages (JavaScript, GlideScript, Python)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Mandatory qualifications
Certifications:
CSA - Certified System Administrator – Active required
Automated Test Framework (ATF) Micro-Certification – Active required
Education:
Any bachelor’s degree preferred / relevant experience required.
Optional qualifications (not mandatory):
QA related certification - UFT, Selenium, TOSCA and Cypress
