Responsibilities:
Manages the implementation of IT initiatives to support business strategy by conducting regular meetings with team members and leadership.
Lead and inspire a team of skilled analysts and engineers, creating an inclusive work culture where people are engaged with the CommonSpirit mission.
Stays abreast of significant change management initiatives, assesses organizational impacts and presents to appropriate leadership.
Manages staff including prioritizing and assigning work that may have conflicting priorities and timelines;
conducts performance evaluations, ensures staff is trained, takes an active role in developing talent, ensures employees follow policies and procedures, and makes hiring, termination and disciplinary recommendations.
Anticipate, recognize, and deal effectively with existing or potential conflicts at the individual, group, or situation level; ability to apply this understanding appropriately to diverse situations.
Prepares, reviews and interprets and analyzes a variety of information, data and reports. Recommends and implements tactical procedures to improve operational effectiveness, increase profitability, and enhancements to services.
Develop a culture of quality and innovation to provide the benefits of technology securely and with minimal disruption.
Provides high-quality services at optimal cost to customers.
Manages vendor relationships to maximize value to the business.
Contributes to the development of standards and provides technical and business expertise.
Tracks assigned budget and resources and provides input to the annual budget development process. monitors expenditures.
Assists in planning and the development of short term goals. Coordinates operational and program efforts in alignment with goals and objectives related to the assigned area of responsibility.
Serves as a liaison with internal departments, executives, and external organizations. Represents the area at a variety of meetings, on committees, and/or other related events regarding services, programs, projects and facilities.
Remote eligible.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in related technical areas or equivalent professional experience required
5+ years of relevant technical and business experience required for primary functional area.
3+ years Information Technology leadership experience required.
Strong analytical, research, problem solving and evaluative thinking skills.
Strong interpersonal skills; builds rapport and relates well with all kinds of people at a variety of levels.
Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.
Business function understanding of Finance and Accounting principles in relation to budgeting, purchasing and analyzing financial results.
Must be able to manage business relationships and vendors.
Ability to work effectively through collaboration across disciplines, feature teams, and partners.
