Job Description
The SAP S4 IT Project Manager - Order to Cash will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing SAP S4 projects related to the Order to Cash process. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP S4 modules, strong project management skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
The responsibilities of this position shall consist of, but not be limited to, the following:
Project Planning: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Execution: Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents. Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
Leadership: Lead the implementation of SAP S4 projects, including configuration, testing, and deployment for the Order to Cash process.
Risk Management: Identify and manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans.
Budget Management: Manage project budget, track project costs, and ensure projects are delivered within budget.
Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet the required quality standards and business requirements.
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and progress.
Team Management: Lead, coach, and motivate project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend enhancements to SAP S4 systems supporting Order to Cash, Transportation and Warehousing domains.
