Primary Responsibilities:
KeHE Distributors is seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Enterprise Data Specialist to support our Central Database functions. In this role, you will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of corporate item master data and supplier address book attributes. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

You have a track record of successfully managing data with accuracy and efficiency, and you bring a customer-centric approach to your work.
Essential Functions:
Manage supplier, customer, broker, and Category Manager data requests, ensuring accurate and timely entry into our databases.
Perform quality assurance checks to maintain data integrity and compliance with company standards.
Conduct research and root cause analysis to solve product and supplier maintenance process issues.
Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a high standard of data quality.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather the necessary information for accurate supplier and SKU data setup.
Support system enhancement initiatives by providing expertise and recommendations based on firsthand data management experience.
Safeguard confidential company data in line with company policies and procedures.
Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude:
High School diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to critically analyze data.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in distribution, brokerage, or marketing is a plus.
