Key Qualifications:
Experience in program management - maintaining a strategic plan and schedule, informing and advising stakeholders, reviewing the status and progress of each deliverable, ensuring the quality of outcome for key deliverables.
Have a deep understanding of SAP, Invoicing, and Trade In operations - ideally in an Client context.
Be comfortable working with a high level of ambiguity and delivering results in an unstructured environment.
You can prioritize strategic objectives which optimize for speed, cost, and environmental impact while also achieving high-value tactical outcomes.
Must have phenomenal presentation skills with a keen eye for detail, and expertise in synthesizing complex information for a wide range of audiences.
You are an excellent teammate who can influence through collaboration and leadership, and are able to work effectively with other teams, bringing them along for the journey is essential.
Obsess over the customer experience and are particularly curious about how to deliver new experiences across digital and brick-and-mortar channels.
Review and assess the invoicing flow to identify process improvements and technical enhancements.
Provide ongoing analytical assessment of the opportunity and communicate to cross-functional leaders.
Build out technical requirements and rollout new SOPs to support business improvement opportunities.
Work with cross-functional teams to design and rollout new initiatives that drive business growth and scale.
Setup reporting and business updates to monitor program performance.
Support issues and escalations as needed.
