Job Description:
Are you a skilled and experienced SAP professional looking for a challenging and rewarding role? Our client is seeking a talented Operational SAP Support Leader to join our team and lead our US Operational SAP Support team.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement an effective SAP Operational Support team for the US.
Lead the team by applying client values, leadership capabilities, and up-to-date methodologies.
Ensure team members are trained and competent in SAP Ariba, S4, and VIM.
Conduct business opportunity analysis and risk assessments.
Drive compliance KPIs and analyze errors to improve processes.
Support suppliers in trading through SAP Ariba and maintain updated catalog content.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders within Ingka US.
Stay up-to-date with the supplier base and help develop catalog content.
Collaborate with the GBO team to address end-user issues.
Ensure proper training programs are in place.
Qualifications:
Extensive experience in SAP, particularly SAP Ariba, S4, and VIM.
Proven leadership skills and ability to lead and motivate a team.
Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
