Job Requirements / Description
Work Location: HYBRID - New York, NY (2 days/week onsite)
Duration: 6 months
Responsibilities:
Design and develop Anaplan applications including data models and dashboards
Perform testing and debugging of Anaplan applications to identify and resolve issues and ensure optimal performance
Provide technicalapplication support and troubleshooting for Anaplan applications working closely with endusers to address their needs and resolve any systemrelated problems
Document technical specifications system configurations and development processes to ensure knowledge transfer and maintain system documentation
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Required:
Experience 7 to 9 Years
At least 7 years of experience with Anaplan product minimum of 3 implementations focusing on incentive compensation and revenue models
Extensive experience in providing Anaplan model builder and solution architecture experience
Strong experience with core financial and wider enterprise performance management processes Incentive compensation management performance reportinganalytics planning budgeting and forecasting
Passion and ability to create holistic endtoend integrated solutions
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Responsible for the overall Anaplan architecture to ensure new models and enhancements to the existing models are designed in the integrated and optimal manner
Maintain optimize all our current Anaplan models capture and deliver requirements for new or improved functionality to achieve further automation and integration of data and processes and to enhance user experience
Stay up to date with the Anaplan features and enhancements and proactively identify opportunities to leverage them to improve incentive compensation management performance reporting analytics planning processes
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including finance IT and Data teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of Anaplan with other systems and processes
Preferred:
Anaplan certification is a plus

Passion for creating fantastic user experience
Stakeholder management ability to challenge constructively not just gather requirements and potentially automate suboptimal manual processes
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders

Skilled to document complex models and processes in a professional way
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fastpaced environment
