Detailed Job Description:
Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 4-6 years relevant experience in Sports Operations.
Must have a good general understanding of all Sports (MLB, NBA, NFL, NHL, Soccer, Cricket, GOLF, Tennis, as well as other professional sports)
Must be flexible to support day, evening, and overnight shifts, to include weekends and holidays
Experience in Media distribution or other related industry in operations or continuous improvement
Knowledge of video processing components, Broadcast and Streaming operations
Experience with troubleshooting, systems analysis, and data analysis
Knowledge of ITIL (Incident / Problem / Change management) practices
Experience with event-based monitoring and navigation of tools (such as ServiceNow, Moogsoft, Ineoquest, etc.) to analyze and identify faults
Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and make decisions and work under high stress situations
Attention to detail and completing work with high degree of accuracy
