Provide a short description of the Position: Software Analyst for CCFS
Provide a complete list of the day-to-day tasks to be performed by the Selected Candidate:
Assume the role as Analyst for CCFS
Documenting business rules for the re-engineering of the current paper process to a .Net solution.
Designing the test plan and conducting testing of the code.
Interact with both users and the members of the development team.
Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure that the work is done in a timely way consistent with the Project Plan.

Position MANDATORY Qualification:
Position Job Title: Systems Analyst
Position Job Title Description: Specializes in analyzing, designing and implementing information systems. Assesses the suitability of information systems in terms of their intended outcomes and liaises with end users, software vendors and programmers in order to achieve these outcomes. Uses analysis and design techniques to solve business problems using information technology. Serves as change agent, who identifies the organizational improvements needed, designs systems to implement those changes and trains and motivates others to use the systems.

Position Skill Level Description: 84+ months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.
List all the Position REQUESTED Qualifications:
84 months experience writing technical/business specification .Net applications.
72 months experience in writing test plans & cases.
84 months experience facilitating meetings with users to identify & gather business needs, business rules & security requirements
24 months experience re-engineering paper-based processes into web based .Net solutions.
48 months experience SQL coding for writing SQL data queries for extraction and/or validation of application data.
Bachelor's Degree
Are there additional security requirements for the Authorized User: No
Will additional training potentially be required during the Engagement: No
What type and/or manner, of knowledge transfer is requested during the Engagement: Project documentation will be up to date at all times. A weekly review of documentation will be a means of knowledge transfer.
The Systems-Developer may be asked to educate various staff on coding practices, SQL queries & validations, etc.
Written knowledge transfer may be required as needed.
