Network Administrator 

As a Network Administrator, you will be responsible for the management of our network systems and infrastructure. Your role will involve working with various technologies to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability of our IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:

VMWare vCenter Virtualization: Manage and optimize virtualized environments using VMWare vCenter. Ensure the stability and performance of virtual machines and host systems.

Microsoft Technologies: Administer Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory (AD), and Microsoft SQL Server. Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades.

Backup and Replication: Implement and manage Veeam Backup and Replication solutions to ensure data integrity and availability.

Cybersecurity: Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures to protect the network and systems from threats. Conduct regular security assessments and updates.

Access Control and Video Surveillance: Manage access control systems and video surveillance technologies to ensure physical and network security.

HP Nimble Storage: Oversee and manage HP Nimble Storage solutions, ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval.

Scripting Skills: Develop and maintain scripts to automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.

TCP/IP Proficiency: Troubleshoot and configure TCP/IP networks, ensuring proper communication and connectivity across all network devices.

Office 365 Management: Administer Office 365 environments, including user management, license allocation, and troubleshooting.

Cisco Meraki: Manage Cisco Meraki switches and access points to ensure network connectivity and performance.

VoIP Telephony: Maintain and support VoIP telephony systems, ensuring reliable communication services.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Proven experience with VMWare vCenter, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft AD, and Microsoft SQL Server.

Hands-on experience with Veeam Backup and Replication.

Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices.

Experience with access control systems and video surveillance technologies.

Proficiency in managing HP Nimble Storage Technologies.

Scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, or other relevant languages.

In-depth understanding of TCP/IP and network protocols.

Experience with Office 365 administration.

Familiarity with Cisco Meraki network equipment.

Knowledge of VoIP telephony systems and protocols.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
