Responsibilities

Partner and align with internal teams (ie. Nike Sourcing Finance Legal HR) telecom carriers and telecom expense management company to support wireless mobility infrastructure services and roadmaps

Core competency in Wireless Mobility Services (ie. Mobile phones/tables plans features and technical knowledge)

Provide assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to wireless mobile devices and services

Write knowledge base articles related to wireless mobility services

Communicate with stakeholders to understand and support business requirements and technology needs

Serve as an escalation point for customers

Analyze and implement efficient IT process

Gather feedback from end users to continue process improvement

Collaborate with cross functional teams to align on services and approach to maximize value and ensure we deliver appropriate services to support strategic initiatives

Accountable for providing accurate project estimates tracking of project spend and management of project budgets for wireless mobility globally

Keep abreast of technology trends and developments

Requirements

Proven track record of success in fast-moving organizations with complex technology requirement

Proven experience as a Telecom Analyst IT Consultant or similar role

Experience in project management

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Knowledge of system database and troubleshooting

Excellent customer service skills

Ability to build presentation deck think strategically and communicate to a large audience

Strong influencing skills and ability to interact with senior leadership and vendors

Collaborative style and a focus on continuous improvement quality and proactive planning

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $50,500 to $59,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
