Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain the performance and security of computer systems and networks.

Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network components.

Manage user accounts, permissions, and access levels.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain IT infrastructure solutions.

Respond to and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

Create and maintain documentation of system configurations, procedures, and processes.

Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Proven experience as a System Administrator or in a similar role.

Expertise in managing Linux and Windows operating systems.

Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).

Good understanding of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.

Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
