Job Title: Network Engineer

Location(s): McLean, VA

 

 

Barracuda WAF, AWS WAF, bot protection, http inspection, perimeter defense

- at least one WAF certification a plus

- Python or shell scrypting a plus

- 3-5 in network engineering

- 3 in WAF

Specialized Palo Alto engineer - management, design, implementation, and deployment

- At least one Palo Alto certification

- Dynamic Routing configuration and troubleshooting

- Packet level review and analysis for troubleshooting and design

- Rule design using NAT

- Firewall log and flow reviews using an observability platform - observability dashboard creation a plus

Intrusion Detection & Prevention

Python or shell scripting a plus

- 3-5 years in network security engineering

- 3 years in hands on palo alto FW engineering

Proxy engineering

- Broadcom Cloud SWG

- WSS agent

- Palo SASE a plus

- 2-5 in general network engineering

- 2 in proxy

VPN engineering (prefer Palo GP/AOA & F5 VPN)

- Palo Global Protect / AoA

- F5 VPN

- 3 years in network engineering

- 2 years in VPN

Load Balancer Engineering

- F5

- 3 years in network engineering

- 2 years in load balancers
