Our enterprise-level client is seeking to add four IT Support Engineers to work onsite in Boston, MA, while focusing on a long-term IT hardware refresh.  Please see below for full details—

 

Job Notes:

-6+ month contract / long-term extension possible with good performance

-ASAP start date

-Onsite in Boston, MA

-Four total positions

-Drug & Background required.

-Pay Rate = $25-28 w2 per hour depending on experience

Job Description:

The new hires will be handling the IT hardware refresh process.  They will work closely with the Client Deskside Team/PMO on the support process.  When appropriate, they’ll escalate issues to PMO and Client Services Management on-site.  In addition, they’ll work with end-users to ensure the transition of all software and customized settings are complete

 

Job Requirements:

--Strong customer service skills

--3+ years of IT industry experience

--Strong organizational and time management skills

--Specific knowledge of support practices on hardware desktop and laptop devices

--Excellent communication skills

--Ability to relate technical concepts to non-technical users

--Experience support remote users a plus

--Ability to follow technical process / documentation required

--Experience creating documentation for end-users preferred
