Sia Title: Project Consultant (Exempt Contractor) 

Project Title: Full Stack Developer

Level: Mid-Senior

Project Length: This is a temporary position with an expected duration of 6 months (with potential extension)

Project Hours: 40 hours/week

Location: Local to Plano, TX

The expected compensation range for this contract is $166k to $195k per year. The exact pay rate will vary depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to skills, experience, and location.

Key Responsibilities:  One of our premier clients is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our team in building an end-to-end data observability platform. The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing scalable and secure applications using the ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), Microsoft Azure services, and API development. The Full Stack Developer will play a critical role in ensuring that data pipelines, logs, and metrics are efficiently monitored, analyzed, and visualized, providing actionable insights across the organization.

Design, develop, and maintain full stack solutions to support the data observability platform, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.

Develop and optimize data pipelines and visualization tools using Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana to enable real-time data monitoring and alerting.

Leverage Azure services (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Azure Monitor, Azure Functions) to integrate and manage cloud-based infrastructure and services for data observability.

Design and develop robust RESTful APIs for internal and external integrations, enabling seamless data flow across applications.

Build user-friendly dashboards and data visualizations to provide insights on data flow, errors, and performance bottlenecks.

Implement tools and features for real-time logging, performance monitoring, and root cause analysis.

Work closely with DevOps, data engineering, and product teams to define requirements, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions.

Ensure that all observability tools and pipelines adhere to best practices for data security and compliance.
