Position Overview:
Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our Oracle Benefits EDI Consulting Practice.
Responsibilities:
Build EDI files from Oracle Benefits for Carrier Partners
Provide ongoing support for client team on any changes/updates
Complete approximately 5-6 EDI file feeds prior to open enrollment at end of October 2024.
Provide ongoing support on an as needed basis
Required Qualification(s):
Experience with Oracle Benefits and other Oracle HCM products
Experience building carrier EDI files
Experience troubleshooting issues, updating files, carrier changes
Preferred Qualification(s):
Ability to work with client team on best practices
Ability to provide training to client staff on new Oracle system as needed
Duration: This is a project-based consulting opportunity with a start date of 09/23/2024 with an initial duration through 10/25/2025, with the possibility of extending.
Level of Effort:
30-40 hours per week until end of October 2024, 5-15 hours afterwards
Working Hours:
US based time zones, client is Mountain time
