Project/Task Manager

Our work depends on Project/Task Manager joining our team to oversee and coordinate projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills to ensure that all project milestones and goals are met on time and within budget.
HOW A PROJECT/TASK MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
? Manages and is responsible for the successful completion of all tasks in assigned project. Supervises at least 15 employees
? Plan and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
? Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
? Develop comprehensive project plans to monitor and track progress.
? Ensure resource availability and allocation.
? Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
? Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
? Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
? Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
? Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
? Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
? Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
? Required Experience: 5+ years of related experience.
? Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI
? Location: On Customer Site
? US Citizenship Required
Required Skills and Abilities
? Proven working experience as a Project Manager or equivalent role.
? Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
? Strong leadership and organizational skills.
? Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
? Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
? PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
Preferred Skills
? Experience with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Service Now).
? Proven experience in leading teams in a fast-paced environment.

The likely salary range for this position is $105,307 - $142,472. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
