Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to interpret blueprints, drawing, specifications and determine dimensions and tolerances.
Strong skills using CAM software's (Siemens NX is a plus).
Skilled in making N/C programs for 3 & 4 axis mills, lathes w/ live tooling, and mill turn.
Machines include Haas vf2, Doosan Mx2100st, Doosan Mx2600st, and Doosan Lynx
Skilled in the use of measuring tools and equipment (micrometers, calipers, indicators, height gauges, thread gauges, and plug gauges, air gauges, and optical comparator).
Computer skills: Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Word.
Skilled in making N/C programs for assigned equipment.
Ability to accurately add, subtract, multiply and divide numbers.
Excel in a fast-paced work environment.
Required Education and Experience:
High School Diploma.
Two or more years of actual machining experience and operation of CNC machinery (mills, lathes, etc.)
