Opportunity:
PeopleTec is currently seeking a Service Desk Support to support our Huntsville, AL location.
Duties:
Provides support to end users on a variety of issues.
Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems.
Responds to telephone calls, email, and personnel requests for technical support.
Documents, tracks, and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution.
Ensures that all phases of help desk support are properly coordinated, monitored, logged, tracked, and resolved appropriately.
These personnel serve as the first point of contact or troubleshooting hardware/software PC and printer problems.
Qualifications:
Required Skills/Experience:
Mid: 6 years experience
Travel: 10 %
Must be a U.S. Citizen
An active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required to perform this work. Candidates are required to have an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility upon hire, and the ability to maintain this level of clearance during their employment.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in related field or in lieu of degree 4 additional years of experience
