Service Cloud implementation
Health Cloud implementation
Proficient on SF platforms including LWC/Flows/Trigger/Apex/Integrations.
Designing Custom Data Models/retrofitting/rebuilding existing data model / data conversion.
Very good communication skills and be able to independently assess and recommend solutions and technical options
