Investing in the network teams is a priority. They are looking for a Network Engineer focused on the wireless side. Your work will save lives!
The Wireless Network Engineer is responsible for solutions that use architectural best practices to provide a highly reliable network.
Responsibilities include:
Analyze current and upcoming business / application requirements and present Wireless design solutions.
Provide recommendations for wireless standards.
Develop and deploy implementation scripts for the wireless design as well as maintenance.
Design changes and buildouts based on established infrastructure standards.
Document, internal review and deliver design.
Meet and work with product teams to ensure that the business and user needs are satisfied.
Provide tier 2 technical assistance.
Handle design and PM services for client projects, enhancements and initiatives.
Work with members and clients to ensure projects are successfully completed.
Participate in the project budgeting.
Required experience includes:
Expert with Aruba ClearPass design and configuration A MUST
Cisco Prime design, configuration and upkeep
WLAN Controller configuration and tuning
Experience with wireless network fault isolation and troubleshooting
Experience with scoping
Experience managing wireless license environment
Project management
Wireless Site Survey experience with Ekahau toolset.
Understanding of VoWiFi, Real Time Location Tracking and Outdoor Mesh Technologies
Experience with Wireless Lan Controllers (WLC) and Access point models
Experience with Meraki AP configuration and tuning
Strong working knowledge of network technologies at all levels
Technical Documentation ability
Aruba (Associate, Professional, or Expert Level) Certifications
Cisco CCNA Wireless or Certified Wireless Network Expert (CWNE)
Experience in a Healthcare environment is a plus.
