Required Skills, Experiences, Education and Competencies:
Common Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Daily conduct system log monitoring and troubleshoot any interface errors or issues with online orders mainly within SAP R/3 system
Support eCom process improvement projects and initiatives through evaluation of current work processes and identification of improvement strategies
Distill vision and strategy for the team. Evangelize and motivate cross-functional teams.
Assist in preparation of project planning and coordination, including but not limited to scheduling, defining roles, responsibilities, and documentation
Work with cross functional teams including HQ, Engineering teams, operation teams, and vendors if required
Assist in presenting re-engineered processes to all levels of the organization
Background/Experience
At least 2-5 years of experience supporting operations and product delivery using SAP R/3
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required (Computer science or information sciences and technology undergraduate degree strongly preferred)
Demonstrable ability to looks for areas of improvement and proposes process improvement initiatives
Proven ability using Microsoft Office products to Expert/Advanced level
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment to achieve team goals and complete assignments within established deadlines
Experience in Confluence and JIRA preferred
Strong analytical skills; Strong interpersonal skills
Korean speaking is a plus but not required
The hourly range for roles of this nature are $40.00 to $50.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
