Pay Range: $65 – 70 Per hour on W2 basis

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Apply strategic thinking to design innovative end-to-end user experiences across multiple platforms.
Steward the platform to ensure consistent, scalable experiences and flows.
Serve as a great storyteller to internal teams, partners, and customers, visualizing ideas, and concepts effectively.
Turn visions into tangible designs that emphasize simplicity despite system complexity.
Deliver detailed product design specifications, wireframes, and prototypes.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
4+ years of experience in interaction design, product design, service design, or related field.
Knowledge and experience with driving and applying user-centered design processes while working collaboratively with customers, along with cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, and user research.
Seasoned in Agile development processes.
Experience working in technically complex initiatives and can marry user experiences with technical architecture.
Deep knowledge of user experience methods, innovation, ideation, storytelling, prototyping, design frameworks, concept visualization, problem-framing skills, and design principles.
Understanding and leveraging systems thinking to define end-to-end, platform-centric experiences.
Prior experience in a platform team is a plus.
Proven track record in setting a vision for great customer experiences, inspiring others to get behind the vision, and ultimately delivering products and services that are known for their delightful experience and ease of use.
Exemplary ability to build positive, collaborative relationships across teams/groups/functions through facilitative leadership to deliver great results and to "raise the bar" continually as an effective leader of positive change.
Organized, self-directed, efficient, and able to manage multiple and complex projects in a timely manner. A passion for creating products that resonate on an emotional level. Strong online portfolio available for viewing.
Education (if required) : Four-year degree in Human Computer Interaction, graphic design, or another relevant field. Graduate degree is a plus.
