HBITS - NYS Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance is seeking a Systems Architect Expert. The project involves the upgrading and combining of various aging systems into one comprehensive internal Financial Mangement System (FMS).
Day to Day task include:
Design and Development of the new FMS Application project
Research and provide architectural review and direction of various other Microsoft .Net 6.0 based open system applications.
Create cradle to grave UML diagrams for entire to-be system
Provide mentoring and guidance to our .Net development staff.
Guidance and assistance in maintaining other OTDA's critical .Net applications (includes approximately 25 applications).
Establishes, monitors and ensures that project goals/objectives are met; managing daily work/priorities
Requested Qualifications:
A Bachelor's Degree
84 month's experience designing application architecture, developing & deploying n-tier asp.Net Web apps using vb.net web services and Windows Communication Foundation.
84 months experience analyzing business processes and workflows; and working with non-technical staff to develop system specifications and resolve issues.
60 months experience using Oracle and PL/SQL packages including SQL programming and JSON.
36 months experience as a Web GUI designer including accessibility compliance and using Angular Single Page Applications (SPA), Redux, Angular versions 9 thru 14.
24 months experience development applications relating to government human service eligibility systems.
36 months experience using object-oriented principles and concepts to design complex business objects
36 months experience using SQL Reporting Services (SSRS)
36 months experience development applications utilizing MVC.Net
Work hours and location:
Full time role with engagement length of 30 months
Daily work hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm negotiable
Physical office location: 40 North Pearl St., Albany, NY 12043
Telecommuting options: 50%
