Responsibilities:
Responsibilities: 

As the Web Developer, you'll work closely with our Marketing Communications manager to develop and maintain our company's and partners’ marketing sites and microsites. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

Develop, manage, and optimize marketing websites, microsites, landing pages, and HTML emails. 

Ensure pages/sites are accessible and optimized for page speed and other core web vitals. 

Integrate sites with CRM, analytics, and customer communication platforms. 

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute web development projects. 

Review and develop Figma and Adobe CC designs, maintaining brand patterns across web content. 

Help implement and maintain design systems, including tokens, components, templates, and more. 

Qualifications:
Qualifications: 

Strong candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of experience. 

Essential Qualifications: 

Proven experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress and Webflow. 

Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. 

Comfortable with hosting platforms such as Cloudflare. 

Proficient in email marketing tools such as Pardot. 

Experience with enterprise CRM systems and complex integrations, preferably Salesforce. 

Proficient in design tools such as Figma and Adobe CC. 

Strong written and verbal communication skills. 

Considerate of accessibility and technical SEO in web development. 

Familiarity with design systems, including tokens, components, templates, and other patterns. 

 

Desirable (but not required) Skills: 

Previous experience in the health care or higher education industry. 

A strong design sense and ability to contribute original UX/UI.
