JOB SUMMARY:
This role requires developing an automated embedded UI testing system targeted at enhancing our development team’s productivity and contributing to the software production for the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will be directly involved with the user experience engineering team, focusing on healthcare software solutions. The engineer will play a pivotal role in implementing UI regression testing, integration with surgical robotic systems, and ensuring the reliability and effectiveness of our products through comprehensive test strategies.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Implement and optimize UI regression testing.
Collaborate with embedded and UI software engineering teams for product feature comprehension and robust test mechanism implementation.
Integrate and monitor test applications with surgical robotic systems.
Write, present test reports and analyze failure modes.
Conduct technical design reviews with team members.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum BSc in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
Deep understanding of the Qt framework and Squish testing tool
Proficiency in Python, and bash programming languages
Other Programming Languages: C++ is a plus
Experience with Git, Ubuntu, Google-Test is a plus
