Role Summary:
We are looking for a Performance Testing Engineer to design, develop and execute performance tests on our applications to ensure they meet performance benchmarks under various load conditions.
You will be responsible for identifying performance bottlenecks, optimizing code and configurations, and ensuring the system can handle expected user traffic.
Responsibilities:
Develop performance test plans, scenarios, scripts using tools like Gatling, JMeter etc.
Conduct load, stress, spike, endurance, and scalability testing to identify and troubleshoot performance issues.
Simulate real-world user loads using tools like Gatling, JMeter, LoadRunner etc.
Analyze performance test results and logs to identify bottlenecks and optimize performance.
Recommend application configuration changes, code optimizations to improve performance.
Monitor application performance in production and recommend improvements.
Create and maintain performance test datasets, environment, and scripts.
Identify performance requirements and goals through collaboration with development teams.
