Our financial services client is seeking a professional to manage large, high-profile projects from initial planning to delivery. If you have a background in asset management and experience with financial product datasets, this opportunity could be ideal for you!
Contract: 6 months to start with possible extensions
Location: Hybrid, 3 Days onsite in Kansas City, MO; 2 Days Remote

Responsibilities
Lead all phases of the project lifecycle, including project plan creation, project kickoffs, internal status meetings, and managing timeline, budget, achievements, and deliverables.
Collaborate with the program team to identify risks, plan for risk response and mitigation, and proactively monitor risks, issues, and resolutions.
Manage and lead the delivery of product development-based programs and/or strategy-based programs, and develop strategic program plans.
Effectively communicate project status, risks, scope, etc., to clients and drive collaboration across teams.
Utilize strong decision-making and facilitation skills to ensure project success.
Lead programs within an Agile (Scrum) and/or SAFe framework.
Requirements
Proven experience with leading programs in an Agile (Scrum) and/or SAFe framework is a MUST.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and MS Visio.
Experience with financial management is preferred.
Experience in dealing with financial product datasets.
