Job Requirements / Description
3-8 years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Overall experience of 10 years.
Deep knowledge of digital and voice campaign strategy implementation including compliance rules and effective contact channel usage
KPI metrics and analytics of campaign effectiveness?
3-5 years experience in a functional lead role implementing campaigns for customer service and/or collections related business processes
Proficiency in AMP script, SQL, and SSJS.? Experience with Mobile Studio, Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio
