Qualifications:
Proven ability to work independently and effectively with minimal supervision.
Experience with Hadoop or Databricks Spark for large-scale data processing.
Strong Python and SQL programming skills.
Experience working with Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) information systems and Medicare/Medicaid claims data is a must.
Strongly Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with a Java framework.
Experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), with certification a plus.
Proficiency in shell scripting and CLI Linux environment.
Experience with Visual Studio Code (VS Code) or other IDEs.
Experience with job scheduling, process automation, and rules-based models.
U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.
Responsibilities:
Independently manage and execute edit operations on medical claims data using advanced tools and technologies (Hadoop, Databricks Spark).
Leverage your strong Python and SQL skills (Snowflake a plus) to identify and rectify errors in claims data.
Collaborate with edit developers to troubleshoot, optimize, and fine-tune edit models for peak performance.
Actively participate in the edit release process, including performance testing, integration, and production deployment.
Utilize your AWS experience to ensure a seamless cloud-based environment.
Maintain excellent communication with the team, keeping everyone informed and aligned.
