Experis Game Solutions is seeking a Test Lead to join our team! As a Test Lead, you will utilize the resources provided to us by world-class video game publishers and technology leaders to build an environment that keeps skillful people happy through challenge and work-life balance. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for driving quality in the video game industry. Video Game Testing experience is required in this fun and collaborative environment!
Job Title: Video Game Test Lead (Quality Assurance, QA)
Location: Tempe, AZ relocation assistance provide
Pay: $80-103k based on experience + comprehensive benefit plan
Key Responsibilities
Author comprehensive test plans and develop staffing plans based on needs of the project
Development of project milestone and test schedule roadmap
Develop mitigation strategies to identified risks with guidance of more experienced leads
Facilitate STE-driven initiatives as Lead Sponsor
Management and development of a team of Test Associates and Software Test Engineers
Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience leading test teams up to 40 people in the video game industry
Knowledgeable of advanced testing techniques and methodologies
Familiar with data analysis and capable of identify bug trends and gaps in test coverage
Experienced with test case management software
Knowledgeable of game development cycle using waterfall or Agile development models
