Job Requirements / Description
Overall Responsibilities:

Articulate user journeys with scenarios, storyboards and presentations, low- and high-fidelity mocks, detailed interaction specs, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.

Develop research hypotheses and participate in user interviews to identify pain points with existing tools and workflows

Partner with various product teams to align on product solutions that consider consistency across the Merchant ecosystem

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:

Deliver on tactical UXD efforts for Merchant Quality Scorecard and Store Ratings on expanded surfaces and Merchant Center

Effectively document and communicate designs through wireframes, mockups, flows and prototypes for features supporting Merchant and Consumer experiences across desktop, and mobile.

Develop strong partnerships with UX, UXR, UXW, PM and Eng partners.

Proactive collaboration with cross functional team members is expected.

Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

4 years of experience in product design or UX.

Key Skills:

Interaction Design, UX Design, and UI Design

Experience designing across multiple platforms, and working with technical/design teams to create user flows, wireframes, and building user interface mockups and prototypes.

Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams of Designers, Researchers, Engineers, Content Strategists and Product Managers throughout the design process; creating user flows and wireframes to building user interface mockups and prototypes.

Portfolio highlighting multiple projects that demonstrates experiences crafting usable digital interfaces.

Non-Essential Skills/Qualifications:

Having as many of these specific qualifications is a plus, but transferable skills/experiences may be equally valuable
