Role Description :

Manage delivery for IT production systems and services. Drive incident, issue and outage management, investigation and restoration.

Analyze and report on an organization's infrastructure through tools such as Dynatrace, OEM and Splunk. Design processes and systems, based on the business model and its integration with technology. Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather and synthesize information. Application troubleshooting to identify problems and drive solutions to those problems.
