Job Description: Looking for an experienced data governance practitioner with an extensive knowledge of Collibra DIC. Main function will be to enable business user adoption of Collibra.
A Collibra Implementation Consultant / Adoption Lead for Chief Data Office (CDO) Business Coverage team you will be responsible for working with Business Unit core teams, Data Stewards, Technical Data Stewards, Analysts, IT and the CDO team to ensure adoption of Collibra DIC and compliance with corporate data governance policy and standards.
• Drive the adoption of Data Governance activities within Collibra DIC across business units, including understanding accountability, policy compliance and data quality issue tracking and resolution
• Training end user on Collibra DIC
• Assist with creation of Collibra best practice and training guides
• Support the day to day stewardship utilizing Collibra DIC to drive data-decision making process and facilitate discussions to address confliction viewpoints with the goal of arriving at mutually satisfactory agreements

Experience with Collibra DQ and Collibra Workflow is a plus.
Financial Services Experience

3 + years experience with Collibra DIC
Collibra Certification a plus
5-10 years experience with Data Governance/Management
Business analysis, requirements gathering and project management experience
Strong written and oral communication skills
• Is this role supporting a specific project or initiative, which project or initiative is this role supporting?
This role will be supporting Chief Data Office (CDO) Business Coverage team. Specifically our governance platform migration to Collibra (adoption phase).
• What are the working hours, time zone?
8:00 to 5:00 EST.
• What is the duration of this contract and is there a chance it will be extended?
12 Months Contract to Permanent
• What training will be provided for this contractor and what are first day expectations?
Training and role orientation will be provided. Expectation are ability to fully function in Collibra.
• What is the day to day of the person going to look like? Please be specific.
Working with our Business partners to stand up Collibra and Policy Compliance
Training end users
Establishing Best Practices with end users/business partners
Maximizing Collibra user experience for end users
Writing/Revising Training Material
Documenting user feedback and enhancement opportunities (process or system)
