Location: Blue Bell, PA

Peirce-Phelps, LLC is accepting applications for an experienced Tech Support Advisor to provide technical support to our dealer base.

Responsibilities:
Duties

Trade knowledge of HVAC systems, both Residential and Commercial

Installation requirements plus basic code knowledge

Service troubleshooting skills

Ability to read/troubleshoot from wiring diagrams

Ability to comprehend then rearticulate technical manuals/instructions

Self-sufficient, proactive doer who works well within a team

Willing to embrace, learn new technologies

Problem resolution

Negotiation skills

PC capable including Word, EXCEL, PowerPoint

Strong communication skills with all levels of technical knowledge

Customer Service oriented

Knowledge of HVAC controls

Occasional travel to Peirce-Phelps branch locations

Qualifications:
Requirements

HVAC service experience

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

Solid verbal and written communication skills

Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Excellent customer service skills including organizational, interpersonal communication, and presentation skills

Strong work ethic

Experience working cross-functionally with many internal group, successfully
