Genesis10 is seeking a Test Automation Engineer for a contract with our client in City, State. 100% Remote.
Job Description:
This individual will be responsible for automated testing for assigned products and their associated releases; includes creating the framework for our automation efforts, scripting and maintaining automated scripts for multiple automated tools. This individual will be leading the automation effort at client and supporting the testing team in their use of the automation solution. Key Responsibilities:
Analyzes project requirements and develops test plans, test cases and other testing documentation
Assists in development and execution of defined test automation processes,
Identifies functionality that can most benefit from test automation and helps implement its automation.
Executes manual and automated test scripts
Works with the team to maximize quality of deliveries
Contributes towards initiatives that improve the consistency and quality of RamQuest products
Ensures testing processes are followed, minimizes errors and meets release dates
Works with the development team and participates in reviews at all phases of the software development cycle
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS CONTINUED :
At a minimum, the ability to work _ 8_ a.m. to _ 5_ p.m. Monday through Friday.
Regular consistent attendance is required, that could include attendance at after hour Company events.
Ability to accept supervision and direction.
Ability to foster, develop and maintain professional and collaborative working relationships. Must be able to get along with others, i.e., peers, supervisors, outside customers, and vendors.
Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of management, employees and customers by email, phone and in person.
Must be personable, positive, and a professional representative of the Company.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Required Basic Qualifications:
7 years test automation experience is required, BA preferred.
4 years of experience in using Java or C#
5+ years of hands-on knowledge of OPS concept, automation development and debugging.
Strong SQL knowledge, ability to write queries against multiple databases.
Strong knowledge of Web Services using REST technology
Strong working knowledge of Selenium Page Object Model or similar automation architecture.
Working knowledge of the Agile process.
Ability/willingness to handle competing demands on limited time.
Passionate customer advocate
Flexible, able to adjust quickly and positively to change.
Quick learner seeks out new skill sets required for success.
Knowledge of Title Insurance or related industry, a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
Compensation:
Hourly W2 pay rate $65.00-$70.00
We have access to additional contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions with various rate ranges.
