IT Project Manager

Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Project Manager with our client in the financial industry located in Plano, TX, Pennington, NJ, and Charlotte, NC. This is a 12 + month contract position.

Responsibilities:

Track budget/target allocations across teams across the organization and external providers

Review dollar forecasts with resource managers and external providers

creation and maintenance of key metric dashboards for the organization

monthly dollar forecasting of resources for Admin and QA teams

Coach resource managers on using PMMT to forecast against project/base codes

Partner with service provider to forecast based on their targets

Ensure proper forecasting of direct expenses includes working with resource managers to ensure proper contract governance of their contracts

Requirements:

8-10 years of strong financial management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines within a Technology organization

Strong organization centric mindset with ability to utilize sound business judgment and tailor approach to drive optimal financial outcomes

Ability to coordinate and manage across various entities within Technology

Strong understanding of resource and direct expense forecasting

Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables and functions)

Ability to create meaningful reports from large amounts of data extracts

Ability to track key metrics across the organization to highlight key drivers

Advanced Microsoft PPT skills and experience creating presentations

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Tools: SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, Excel

Desired skills:

Experience in Financial Services industry

Knowledge of creating Tableau reports
