Location: Arlington, TX - Fully On Site M-F

Job Description:
Looking for a Systems Administrator to join our growing team. They will primarily support day to day activities in the administration of our growing Enterprise environment and supporting other departments within the company.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Microsoft Office365 administration
Microsoft Active Directory administration
Act as domain administrator and Azure administrator
Server maintenance (patching, backups, new build, updating, etc)
Drafts checklists, processes, and communications for technical and non-technical staff.
Creates and ensures that appropriate systems documentation exists, including operational instructions and security auditing requirements.
Supports internal and external audits related to policy rules and change management processes for the organization.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field preferred.
At least 3 years of systems administration experience required.
At least 1 years of experience managing virtual environments
Experience with Azure desired (IaaS, PaaS, IaC)
Any Microsoft server or Azure certifications a plus.
Skills and Abilities Required
Experience with cloud technologies
Experience with Office 365, AD and AAD
Must be proficient with Windows Server 2019 and newer
Must be proficient with virtualization platforms including VMWare and/or Hyper-V
Must be proficient with Powershell, GPO, DNS, DHCP, and DFS
Knowledgeable of TCP/IP protocol use and troubleshooting.
