Pay Range: $20 - $24/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding and offboarding
Setting up computers (primarily MACs)
Managing and supporting tickets (via ServiceNow), walk-up support, and Slack/Teams messaging
Troubleshooting and handling incidents/requests
Supporting inventory management
Entry-level position
Supporting virtual conference rooms (Microsoft Teams)
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
Key Skills; Mac Support, Ticketing(ServiceNow), Troubleshooting
MAC support experience
Help Desk experience (managing ticket queues and various requests)
2+ years of relevant experience
ServiceNow experience
Okta experience
Experience in large corporate IT environments
Top 3 Skills:
Experience with MACs
Problem-solving skills (resourceful, finding solutions)
Customer service attitude
Welcoming demeanor
Strong communication skills
Ability to work well with others at all levels of the organization
Understanding of customer and client service
