DevOps Architect
We are seeking an experienced DevOps Architect with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Jenkins, Github, DevOps Tools, DevSecOps, AWS Platform, and Docker. Experience in the Payer domain is a plus. The role involves designing and implementing robust architectures that align with our strategic goals and drive innovation

Roles & Responsibilities:
· Lead the design and implementation of scalable and secure architectures using Jenkins, Github, DevOps Tools, DevSecOps, AWS Platform, and Docker.
· Oversee the integration of various DevOps tools to streamline development and deployment processes.
· Provide technical guidance and support to development teams to ensure best practices are followed.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
· Ensure the security and compliance of all architectures by implementing DevSecOps practices.
· Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure high availability and reliability. - Develop and maintain documentation for all architectural designs and processes.
· Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
· Implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to enhance productivity.
· Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions for team members.
· Contribute to the overall strategic direction of the company by providing insights and recommendations.
· Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to architectures.
Qualifications:
· Possess 5 to 11 years of experience strong background in AWS Platform, DevOps Tools & Concepts, Github, DevSecOps, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform, Python, Go Lang, DevSecOps tools, Sonarqube, Veracode
· Demonstrate experience in designing and implementing scalable and secure architectures.
· Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
· Show proficiency in integrating various DevOps tools to streamline processes.
· Have a good understanding of the Payer domain, which is a plus.
· Display strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technologies.
· Demonstrate the ability to lead and mentor team members.
· M.SC / MS / MCA / B Tech / M Tech Computer science

The annual salary for this position is between $81,337 – $141,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
