Job Description Responsibilities for Technical Support Analyst I " Microsoft O365 troubleshooting and administration " Microsoft Windows 10 operating system troubleshooting and support " Active Directory management " GPO management " SCCM image management " SCCM software deployment " SCCM patch management " Microsoft MFA authentication " Spend their day on the covering phones, coordinating, diagnosing, and troubleshooting incoming city employee calls and emails " Provide support for technical IT issues involving desktop and laptop application software or network services from local personnel or from employees using remote network access " Great customer service and attitude " Works well in team environment " Assist with local field tickets when possible " CompTIA A+ certification highly considered " Minimum of 2 years of experience " Work onsite Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
