Soft skills: servant leadership type of attitude, good communicator, coachable and interested in development, interested in building relationships, feel comfortable piecing things together alone, nice and thoughtful
Technical skills: Key points: Oracle cloud, testing and implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM system Finance modules within Oracle, including Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), Projects and Procurement.
Must understand how to bridge gaps in between systems, understands how to make large information digestible for larger groups.
Must Haves:
Oracle Cloud HCM
Oracle Finance Modules
Techno Functional
Culture fit: Customer service facing, strong, verbal/written communication
Preferred Haves:
SQL, Fast Formula
