Job Details

NextEra Energy is seeking an experienced SuccessFactors Systems Administrator to manage and support their SuccessFactors Human Resources Information System (HRIS). The ideal candidate will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and maintenance of SuccessFactors modules, including Compensation and Employee Central, ensuring the system operates efficiently and effectively to meet the business needs.

Key Responsibilities

System Administration:
* Manage the daily operations and support of the SuccessFactors system, including user administration, security roles, permissions, and hierarchy management.
* Configure and customize SuccessFactors modules based on business requirements and best practices.

System Maintenance:
* Monitor system performance, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and perform regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance.
* Coordinate with IT and other stakeholders to implement system updates, patches, and upgrades.

User Support and Training:
* Provide ongoing training and support to HR staff and end-users, ensuring they can effectively use the system.
* Develop and maintain system documentation, training materials, and user guides.

Data Management:
* Oversee data imports, exports, and data exchange processes to ensure accurate data flow between the system and other HR applications.
* Maintain data privacy and security in accordance with company policies and regulations.
