Days of Week: MONDAY-FRIDAY

To provide financial analysis and analytical support functions for Information Services. Provide recommendations and implement problem resolution to enhance operational and financial performance within Information Services. Provides project support to Directors. Tasks such as collection and analysis of data, drawing preliminary conclusions and making recommendations are required. Also requires exercise of discretion and independent judgment through comparison and evaluation of possible courses of action, making a decision after various possibilities have been considered.

Qualifications:
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

Bachelors Degree and 2 years administrative support experience with demonstrated computer skills including use of electronic word processing, spreadsheet, database and presentation utilities; OR

Minimum four years of professional administrative support experience, preferably in healthcare, that regularly includes the application of analytical and high level communication skills.

Motor Vehicle Operator Designation: Employees in this position: Will operate vehicles for an assigned business purpose as a 'non-frequent driver' NOTE: A frequent driver is defined as one who uses his/her personal or Shands automobile a) at least once daily, b) at least five individual trips per week or c) drives, on average, over 150 miles per week in the performance of his/her job.
