Winchester, KY (onsite)
3 Year Contract
Responsible for imaging, deploying, and troubleshooting systems, configuring IP networks, and providing field service support. The role requires strong customer service skills and the ability to manage time effectively while working independently or within a team.
Responsibilities:
Imaging, deployment, and troubleshooting of systems.
Configuring and troubleshooting IP networks.
Performing field service tasks for system setup and issue resolution.
Providing excellent customer service and resolving technical issues.
Requirements:
Proficiency in imaging, deployment, and troubleshooting.
Strong understanding of IP networking.
Experience in field service roles.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong time management skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
Good oral and written communication skills.
