ADP Workforce Now HCMC Implementation Specialist

Position Overview:

Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our Payroll/HCM Practice.

ADP WFN Implementation Consultant

In this position, you'll use your understanding of the clients needs, best practices, and your knowledge base to configure and optimize the clients Workforce Now instance.

Responsibilities:

 

The Consultant will provide the following support services:

 

        Business Analysis

Meet with Client Stakeholders to review company structure and HR operations processes

 

Recruitment Module Implementation

Assist with design, configure, testing and training Client on their WFN Recruitment Module Implementation 

Gather Job Descriptions and client pay ranges 

Design Hierarchy and Workflows 

Assist Client with setting up Career site to reflect Client’s branding 

Create Job Templates and setup posting options 

Create email templates and communication workflows for candidate interaction 

Testing

Provide training sessions for users 

 

       Analytics Module 

Assist Client with configuration

Review company level data 

Customize dashboards and reports to display relevant KPIs for different user roles. 

 

       Performance Module

Assist Client with Performance Module build and testing for their different types of reviews. 

 

        Custom Reporting

Assist Client with setup and testing of custom reporting needs

Train Client on how to set up Custom Reports

  

 

Qualification(s):

Workforce Now HCMC experience

Duration: This is a project-based consulting opportunity with a start date of 10/25/24 with an initial duration of 10-15 hours per week for 6-9 weeks, with the possibility of extending.

Level of Effort: Part-time

Working Hours: Client is based on East Coast (GA)
