Duration: 8 Months - Long Term
Location: Washington, DC 20433
Hybrid Onsite: 4 Days onsite per week from Day1.
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master with experience in Generative AI (Gen AI) to lead agile teams in the development and deployment of AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and ensure smooth collaboration between cross-functional teams. Additionally, you will guide the integration of Gen AI models and AI-driven features into products, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coach agile teams using Scrum methodologies.
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to integrate Gen AI models.
Remove obstacles to team progress and maintain focus on sprint goals.
Align AI projects with business objectives and timelines.
Monitor and report on sprint progress and team performance.
Qualifications:
10+ years of Scrum Master experience.
Familiarity with Gen AI models (e.g., GPT, BERT, Gemini) and AI integration.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Experience in agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
