SAP Service Delivery Manager in Phoenix, AZ (Onsite - Must be local to Phoenix, AZ or willing to relocate).

The client is seeking an experienced SAP Service Delivery Manager with 10+ years of experience who can manage the end-to-end delivery of SAP services, ensuring alignment with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) .

In summary, the client is looking for a highly experienced SAP Service Delivery Manager who can lead SAP service operations in a complex environment, build and manage teams, handle contractual obligations, and ensure smooth service delivery while maintaining high standards of communication and professionalism.

10+ Years of SAP Service Delivery Manager experience, responsible for owning both the management and delivery of SAP services to customers in adherence with contractually agreed SLA's

End to end management of the SAP Service management function (Service Management, Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management)

Experience within ITIL environments and well versed with ASM projects.

Experience in SAP RUN and Agile delivery methodology

Experience of having worked in an onshore-offshore model, team building and developing the SAP support team,

Commercial awareness and managing and improving complex contracts.

Excellent written and spoken communication skills, strong business acumen and presentation skills, ability to think freely and innovatively, strong cultural awareness, respect, diplomacy, and professionalism.

Ability to build trust-based relationships and strong networks in customer IT/Business and SAP Ecosystem

Proven problem-solving skills and strong work ethic are required
