Long Term Contract
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, engage, and manage trial participants, ensuring diverse user demographics.
Facilitate trial sessions and provide technical support to participants when necessary.
Gather detailed feedback from participants on their experience with the products.
Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify patterns and user pain points.
Create comprehensive reports on user feedback and present findings to relevant teams.
Work closely with product, R&D, and QA teams to communicate insights and suggestions for product improvements.
Serve as a bridge between trial participants and internal teams, ensuring the end-user perspective is well-represented.
Provide recommendations for product refinement based on trial outcomes.
Document all aspects of the user trial process, from participant recruitment to final feedback analysis.
Prepare reports summarizing user feedback, trial outcomes, and actionable insights for future product iterations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Human-Computer Interaction, UX Design, Product Testing).
Previous experience in user testing, quality assurance, or product development is preferred.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
